“Somos millones” is a special production that tells the unprecedented story of enchufe.tv, the world’s largest Spanish-language comedy channel, and all the obstacles it has had to overcome to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
In this documentary, its protagonists recount the beginnings of this popular sketch channel, which began as a project by four university classmates eager to revolutionize Ecuadorian audiovisual media. We’ll see their rise to fame, how they managed to win over audiences in Mexico, and the goals they achieved along the way. At the same time, viewers will witness the difficulties and obstacles faced by its founders at key moments in enchufe.tv’s history.
The protagonists of this special include the founders of enchufe.tv and renowned actors from the channel, such as Jorge Ulloa, Nataly Valencia, Raúl Santana, Julio Pañi, and Orlando Herrera, among others.
It premiered on TNT LATAM in 2022 and is currently available on DirecTV and DGo in Latin America.
